The Bosch Engineering Centre of Budapest has been established in 2001. Today, it is a major research and development hub within the Bosch world focusing on the big mobility trends: automated, electrified and connected mobility. More than 2100 engineers are working together on complex automotive products within various fields of engineering from software to mechanical and hardware product development. The divisions Chassis Systems Control (CC) and Automotive Steering (AS) develop innovative components, systems and functions in the field of vehicle safety, vehicle dynamics and driver assistance. Through the combination of systems based on cameras, radar and ultrasonic sensors, electric power steering and active or passive safety systems we not only make driving safer and more comfortable today but we are also building the basis for the autonomous driving of tomorrow.
Your contribution to something big
►Understanding customer expectations and needs in order to design the right solution
►Quality Representative in development projects - product engineering process (PEP) - including the application of preventive quality methods and processes
►Ensure, as quality gate moderator in projects the product and process quality of the PEP deliverables
►Responsible for quality within the project regarding ISO 9001, ISO/TS 16949, ISO 26262 and Automotive-Spice
►Coordination of continuous product and process improvement activities and corrective actions (CIP, CAR / 8D)
►Monitoring and reporting of quality KPI’s (Complaints, Return Rates, Failure Costs)
►Drive and improve the software testing methods and capabilities
►Analysis of data to drive improvement activities
What distinguishes you
►BSc/MSc in mechatronics or electrical/mechanical engineering
►Bsc/Msc degree in computer science, automation, electronics and telecommunications, informatics, mathematics or comparable
►Familiar with embedded software development and testing methods
►ISO9001, ISO/TS16949, ISO26262 and A-Spice experience is an asset
►English advanced (German skills are an advantage)
►Excellent in communications and ability to work in a team environment
►Advantage is experience with the following: knowledge of product engineering process, engineering tools and quality processes (e.g. FMEA)
►Initiative, creativity, persuasion and assertiveness
►Self-motivated and responsible way of working
►Availability for training in Germany for several months
