The Bosch Engineering Centre of Budapest has been established in 2001. Today, it is a major research and development hub within the Bosch world focusing on the big mobility trends: automated, electrified and connected mobility. More than 2100 engineers are working together on complex automotive products within various fields of engineering from software to mechanical and hardware product development. Your ideas will be part of products improving the life across the globe.
The divisions Chassis Systems Control (CC) and Automotive Steering (AS) develop innovative components, systems and functions in the field of vehicle safety, vehicle dynamics and driver assistance. Through the combination of systems based on cameras, radar and ultrasonic sensors, electric power steering and active or passive safety systems we not only make driving safer and more comfortable today but we are also building the basis for the autonomous driving of tomorrow.
Our group – Product Support worldwide Center of Competence – develops and supports the airbag electronic control units of vehicles and trucks in close cooperation with the German and American headquarters and with the plants all around the world (such as: Germany, Spain, Mexico, China). With our products we save lives and we make also your car safer.
Your contribution to something big:
► Electronic control unit and sensor configuration, failure analysis and testing
► Various tasks: investigating court and police cases, deep analysis of claimed products
► Product testing and test development
► Supporting the plants (production, testing)
► Working together with the international project team (German, American, Chinese, Indian, Hungarian
► Keeping the contact with almost every car manufacturer of the world
► Coordinating product changes
What distinguishes you:
► Bsc/Msc degree in electrical engineering, mechatronics, physics, informatics or comparable
► English advanced (German skills are beneficial)
► Proper knowledge of digital connections (advantage: analog circuit knowledge)
► Advantage: experience in development/testing of electronic control units, automotive embedded
► Willingness to learn new things
► Excellent communication and coordination skills
