Emirates, a worldwide, fast-growing airline with more than 400 international awards for excellence are currently looking for Customer Service Advisors to join their existing languages team based in Budapest. As a Customer Service Advisor, you will be responsible for booking flights, managing existing flights/bookings, managing customer queries and general customer care. This role will involve dealing with people from across the globe, so you must be able to speak English and another additional language fluently. We are currently looking for candidates who are fluent Spanish, German, Italian and Czech.
About the role:
- Taking inbound calls from customers and confirming bookings
- Managing customer requests and handling customer queries efficiently
- Change reservations and upsell alternatives flights where services are full/unavailable
- Using internal systems to quote and sell tickets
- Offer all company special products, promotions, and offers at all times.
- Convert calls to sales opportunities where applicable
- Experience in customer service, ideally in a contact centre based role
- Speak/write fluent English and one other language (German, Spanish, Czech and Italian)
- Excellent telephone manner
